We have a wood  toy Jaymar Tiny Tot with wooden dowels holding multi colored rounds to count.  There are 10 rounds on each dowel in different colors.  There are 5 holes at the base - I'm not sure what these are for.  The base measures about 9" x 2 5/8" with the full height from the bottom of the base to the top of the outside bars holding the dowels being about 7 1/4" in H.  There is wear showing all over this with surface scratches on the base and worn paint on the rings.  THis is a vintage item.
