This is a great old toy from the 1950's - 1960's (made in Korea).  When wound up it's paws roll the ball around (has to be on a flat surface - table or floor no carpet).  It works fine.  It does have some surface overall dust/discoloration/fur wear on it (I have not attempted to clean it), is missing it's collar and the sticker around the wind up portion is peeling a bit.  It measures about 6 1/4" x 6 1/4" H x 3 1/2". I would consider this in fair condition.  It works fine.
