We have a boxed set (2 full decks) of playing cards with "Capitol Williamsburg" on the front.  the box slides from the side top expose the deck of very gently used cards.  There are 2 copies of instructions to play "Canasta" which states it's a game from Argentina/spanish word.  It appears like this dates from the 1950's - 1960's.  The "Jokers" are cards with $ signs in the corners and read "Congress" with a building in the center.
