We have a vintage green porcelain Industrial Light Shade.  It measures about 12 1/4" across the bottom center opening and about 2" across the top opening x about 5 1/2" in H.  It is in fair to poor condition with quite a bit of the porcelain missing inside as shown in my photo.  The rim has some black bottom edge porcelain missing and the green portion has 4 spots (not including the top rim opening) of rust with the largest of these being about the size of a quarter.  It does have some vintage character to it.....
