We have a stamped tag which is brass/bronze vintage item.  It is oval and stamped on one side which measures about 2 1/4" in W x about 1 1/2" in L.  The hole is worn/torn through.  It reads "Rose  Tel 769-4678 N Smithfield".  It is discolored a bit as shown in the pictures.
