We have an old rusty farm/barn ?hook. It has the screw with an eyehole on one end fitted into a longer shaped piece on the bottom. This may have been handmade as the metal is a bit uneven in places. The top screw piece measures about 4" in H with the longer piece attached through the eyehook measures about 8 5/8" in L x about 1 1/2" across the eye of the hook. We are assuming this was used as a tie down of some sort. It is completely rusted.
