We have a Pine Cone Weight Vintage Item which was originally on a cuckoo clock. It measures about 4 3/4" in L x about 3/8" across the top center opening and about 1/2" across the bottom round of the pine cone.  It is heavy, I think it may be cast iron but not positive.
