We have a photo of "O'rourke"s Sandwich shop" storefront view.  I would say that it more than likely dates somewhere between the 1940' - 1960's or so.  It is matted but the matting is a bit discolored (white spots).  The photo is also a bit discolored and spotted from age on close inspection.  The mount measures about 13" x 11" with the inside photo being about 9 1/2" x 7 1/2".  I would say this is in fair to poor condition, if you don't mind imperfections it could still be hung.  I do not know where this shop was.
