I have a perpetual calendar from between the 1940's - 1960's. It is the same design of Niagara Falls, Canada on both sides. You spin the round calendar and the date changes. There are 2 smaller dials on the sides with a smaller dials below on the base with the month and day of the week to be selected. The bottom is lined with felt (a bit worn/faded). This is in fair condition with moderate paint/finish fading on both sides. The chrome colored metal on the base has some "pitting" on the finish. It has some overall wear showing. I would consider this in fair condition.
