We have an Oil Burner Emergency Metal Switch Cover Vintage item.  It measures about 4 1/2" x 2 3/4" with the screws attached to the back making me believe it is nos.  There is a tad bit of breakthrough rust on the bottom of the plate under the S in switch.  There is also a bit of rust (surface on the back edges.   It has minor wear from being moved about in storage.
