We have a NOS Paper Doll with clothing vintage item.  The doll is labeled "My Sweet Heart Stand up Doll"  There are 2 dress's & hats to be cut out.  The doll measures about 7 5/8" in H x about 2" in w.  There is a bend mark on her neck but otherwise she looks like new.
