We have a Metal Pull Rusty Vintage Salvage item.  It measures about 4 1/2" in L x about 1/4" across the top of the handle in w.  The holes for the screws/nails are about 4 1/8" apart from center to center of the holes.  It is completly rusted over, surface rust.
