We have a Metal Album or file organizer Vintage item.  It is a black metal with white vinyl wrapped around both side tops of handle and shaped feet.  It measures about 12 1/2" across the top from outer handle to the opposing handle with 41 bars in the center.  It is about 3 3/4" in H in the center of the bars and about 4 3/4" in D.  There is a small amount of surface rust on close inspection, not seen unless you look closely.  This is a very nice retro piece.
