We have a lot of 3 vintage keys all marked "C493" on one side, 2 of them marked "Corbin Cabinet Lock Co New Britain Conn".  They appear that they may be the same key.  They measure about 1 5/8" in length x about 3/4" across the top round center.  They all have some tarnish on them.
