We have a wallpaper brush which is very old. I would estimate that this dates somewhere between the early 1900's to 1930's. It is very large measuring about 8 1/4" in L x 9 1/4" in W x 1 3/8" in D. I believe the bristles are horsehair. The metal between the wood handle and the bristles is quite discolored as are some of the bristles. On one side on the top the wood has 2 splits, they seem solidly in place. I believe the metal strip is brass. There is a bit of tape residue from a sticker which needs to be removed. I would consider this in fair condition.
