We have a Lamp Finial Vintage Item.  I "believe" the top ball is glass.  It has a metal base which has quite a bit of rust on it as shown in my photo's.  The ball is smooth to the touch but has some round spotting it appears is on the inside ?bubbles?.  I am selling this as is hoping that someone can do something with it.
