We have a Green cotton towel lace scallop edges Vintage item.  It measures about 11 1/4" in W x about 16 3/8" in L.  The stitching is a gray color and the towel is between a mint green and toned down regular green.  It is in nice condition.  It is fairly stiff ?starch..
