We have a gold tone metal sweater clip / guard with brown faux leather rounds below the clips.   It measures about 8 1/4" in w - the clips measure about 3/4"  with the rounds hanging off the center chain  about 1/2" down from clips on either side.  The rounds are about 1" x 3/8" in D, they appear to be covered in a faux leather/vinyl? to me.  It is in nice gently used condition.
