We have a Flower Brooch Vintage Item.  It measures about 3" in H x about 1 5/8" across the center of the flower.  The flower is plastic, the stem is metal.  It does need a detailed cleaning - I wiped it down quick but the crevices need a bit more.  It appears like there is bits of finish missing here and there on the turquoise.  I would say it is in fair condition.
