We have a faux film cannister necklace nos in the original box.  The negative is hanging out and actually unrolls a tad.  The box is made to look like a film box.  It is on a 16" silver tone chain with a round clasp.  The "film" measures about 1 1/8" in L x about 3/4" across.  It dates to around the  1980's - 1990's.
