We have Elastic Belting Navy White and Maroon 6 yards x 1 1/2 inch Vintage Item .  It  is in 3 pieces (3 y, 2 y, & 1y) and measures a total of about 6 yards x 1 1/2" in W.  I believe it dates to around the 1980's or so.
