I have a large barn hook.  It measures about 5 1/8" from the back plate to the end of the hook x 4 1/8" in height and 2 1/4" across the widest point in the back where the screws go.  The hook has a diamond pattern in the metal on the top.  It has quite a bit of surface rust.  It is in good condition.  This is a vintage item.
