We have 5 Vintage Metal buckles/latches.  3 matches measuring about 1 1/2" across the lower straight x about 2 1/8" in l x about 3/4" in d.  The other 2 are about 1" across the straight x 2 5/8" in l x 7/8" in d and 1 3/8" across the lower bar x 2 1/8" x 1 1/8" - this one has a thumb latch to depress to open.  They all have rust at different levels, just surface not through and through.
