We have 2 sets of shoe / dress clips vintage items.  In the first photo left to right they are as follows:
 The first pair are Napier dress/shoe clips.  They are in very nice condition with no flaws noted, very slight wear.  They have 2 faux pearls on either side of metal center which move freely (they are attached with a ring).  They measure about 2 7/8" across from pearl to pearl  stretched out x 5/8" in W  The clip for these is on with W on top of the swirl design.  These would be a great dress or bridal accessory.  These are a vintage item. 
The ones on the right side:
These have a raised off white center ?enameled.  They measure about 1 1/4" in l x 1 1/4" in w x about 3/8" in D.  They are in nice condition but looking at them close up there are a few black specks of wear more so on 1 - I showed this in my photo's
