We have 2 Flower Brooches Vintage Items.  The red rose measures about 2 1/4" in H x about 1 1/8" across the the 2 lower leaves.  It is in nice condition.  It is entirely metal.    The smaller flower is plastic ?resin, the stem is metal.  It measures about 1 7/8" in H x about 5/8" across the center of the flower.  It is in nice condition also.
