We have 2 Candlewick Plus Craft Kits Vintage items.  They are both Paragon kits and nos - more than likely from around the 1980's or so.  1 is for a "double wedding ring pillow" , 14",and the other is for a decorative picture frame which is 10" x 12" made to hold a 5" x 7" photo.  The materials are inside with the instructions.
