We have Lace light blue 15 plus yards x 3/4 inch wide Wholesale Vintage supply.  It is a light blue.  I believe it is polyester.  There are 3 holes in the center with a scallop on either side.  It is in nice condition.  I am selling it wholesale, the whole piece in 1 lot.
