We have a lot of 12 vintage orange plastic rings.  These were used for cafe curtains (the curtains were sewn or clipped on) but could be a supply for crafts or other projects.  There are 2 which are discolored.  They measure about 1 1/2" outside measurement/1" inside across the center.
